Scholarship & Entrance Testing Information

1. If you want to apply to more than one school, then you must complete an online registration for EACH of the schools you choose by each individual school's closing date.
2. Registration links are accessible from each school's web site. For a list of Edutest testing schools go to http://aus.edutest.com.au.
3. You must use the same email address for all your Edutest registrations.
4. Payment is made online at the end of each application. Therefore if you registered for three schools, then three separate payments must be made: one for each school. Note that each school sets their registration fee.
5. Note that not all schools require test results from their applicants. See http://aus.edutest.com.au. (Some schools will have paper registration forms, so please read the school's registration information carefully, and contact the school for details).
6. Your child can only sit for ONE Edutest examination during terms one and two each year. The results will then be transferred as required by Edutest to the other schools with which your child is registered and that have test dates within that period.
7. Your child can only sit for ONE Edutest examination during terms three and four each year. The results will then be transferred as required by Edutest to the other schools with which your child is registered and that have test dates within that period.
8. Your child must sit on the earliest test date in each period eg if you chose two schools, with School A testing on February 28th and School B testing on March 1st, then your child must sit the test on February 28th with the results being sent to School B when they test.
9. In some cases, such as with specialist schools, results cannot be transferred. The following statement will appear in these cases: "There is NO SHARING OR TRANSFERRING OF RESULTS." Students applying to one of these schools and another school will be required to complete more than one examination.
