SCHOLARSHIP AND BURSARY REGISTRATION INFORMATION
· If you are not a current student or already enrolled at St Hilda’s School, please submit an Application for Enrolment via our Online Application
· All Scholarship and Bursary candidates:
In addition to registering to sit the Scholarship and Bursary Edutest, please also provide the following documents in support of your application prior to Friday 19 February 2021.
o Cover letter with a statement, written by the student explaining why they would like to be considered for the Scholarship or Bursary
o Semester 2, 2019 School Report
o Semester 1, 2020 School Report
o Semester 2, 2020 School Report (when available)
o Year 3, 5, 7 & 9 NAPLAN reports (as applicable)
o Any additional supporting results and achievements (e.g. ICAS, academic competitions, extra-curricular recognition and contributions)
· Sports Scholarship Portfolio:
o Curriculum Vitae of the candidate’s sport/s and performance/achievement levels
o a list of representation at Regional, State and National levels
o information about participation in special sports or coaching programs
o Two relevant references
· Music Scholarship Portfolio:
o Curriculum Vitae of the candidate’s musical involvement and achievements over the past two years including the instrument/s played, level achieved, their teacher/s, and musical participation (eg. bands, ensembles, choirs)
o Photocopies of achievements/awards (eg. Music Exam results, Eisteddfod Prizes etc).
o Two relevant references
· All-Round Excellence Scholarship Portfolio:
o Details on community involvement; academic achievement; sporting, music, art, and/or other co-curricular achievements
o Two relevant references
REMOTE TESTING: If you wish to organise to sit the test at a remote venue (e.g. other than at ST HILDA'S SCHOOL), please contact: remote@edutest.com.au IMMEDIATELY upon completing your registration. Remote online testing incurs an additional fee.
All requests must be received by 19/02/2021. After this date, remote sitting requests may only be accepted at the discretion of Edutest and would then incur a fee of $150 in addition to the remote testing fee.
