·         Camberwell Girls Grammar School does not accept late applications.

·         Candidates may only apply for one scholarship type.

·         Applicants who apply for the ‘Music and Academic Excellence’ or ‘Principal’s Scholarship for Service’ will also be considered for the ‘Academic Excellence Scholarship’.

·         All candidates are required to register for and attend the compulsory ‘Scholarship Interactive Evening’ at Camberwell Girls on:

o    Session 1- Years 5 & 7 2027- Wednesday 11 February 2026

o    Session 2- Years 8 to 11 2027- Thursday 19 February 2026

If applying for an Academic Excellence Scholarship (Year 5 and Year 7 to 11 in 2027): 

·         Please complete the online Edutest application, exam registration and payment of the $120 registration fee, as outlined on the Academic Excellence Scholarship Fact Sheet, by Friday 30 January 2026 at 5pm.

If applying for a Music and Academic Excellence Scholarship (Year 5 and Year 7 to 11 in 2027): 

·         Please complete the online Edutest application, exam registration and payment of the $120 registration fee, as outlined on the Music and Academic Excellence Scholarship Fact Sheet by Friday 30 January 2026 at 5pm.

·         Once the above has been completed, the Admissions team will email you a link to the online Music and Academic Excellence Scholarship application form which must be completed by Friday 30 January 2026 at 5pm.

If applying for the Principal's Scholarship for Service (Year 7 to 11 in 2027): 

·         Please complete the online Edutest application and exam registration, as outlined on the Principal’s Scholarship for Service Fact Sheet, by Friday 30 January 2026 at 5pm.

·         Once the above has been completed, the Admissions team will email you a link to the online Principal’s Scholarship for Service application form which must be completed by Friday 30 January 2026 at 5pm.

If applying for a Means Tested Scholarship (Year 7 to 11 in 2027): 

·         Please complete the online Edutest application and exam registration, as outlined on the Means-Tested Scholarship Fact Sheet, by Friday 30 January 2026 at 5pm.

·         Please email the Admissions team at: admissions@cggs.vic.edu.au to request the ‘Confidential Statement of Financial Circumstances Form’.

·         This is to be completed and returned with supporting documents to the Finance Manager, as outlined in the Means Tested Scholarship Fact Sheet by Friday 30 January 2026 at 5pm..

Remote testing applicants: 

·         Once you’ve completed your registration, please contact remote@edutest.com.au as soon as possible.

·         Depending on your location and individual circumstances, remote testing arrangements may take several weeks to organise. We strongly recommend reaching out early to allow plenty of time.

·         Requests for remote testing must be made no later than Friday 30 January 2026.

·         Please note that additional fees apply for remote testing.
