Payment is made at the end of this registration process online. If payment is not made, your registration WILL NOT be valid.

Applications received on or after this date will be charged the Late Fee rate.

For families who are registering applicants with other schools:

Results returned from examinations held prior to the 6th of October cannot be transferred.  Students who complete a test after 6th October where results are transferrable will not complete the test again at The Geelong College.

Please ensure you read the eligibility and criteria for each type of scholarship on The Geelong College website prior to registering.

• Scholarships are for students who would otherwise not be able to attend the College for financial reasons and are therefore means tested. You will be asked to provide financial details with your supporting documentation.
• Students applying for  music & performing arts scholarships are required to sit the academic scholarship test as well as audition. Auditions will take place after the academic testing.
• Students applying for the Howard Hitchcock Design and Creative Arts Scholarship are required to sit the academic scholarship test as well as prepare a portfolio and respond to the selection criteria. Please see Geelong College website for selection criteria.
• All scholarships granted will be at the discretion of the Principal.

As part of the application, the following supporting documentation is required.  A link to upload this documentation will be provided in your Edutest registration confirmation that you will receive upon successfully submitting this application:

All Students:

• Most recent end of semester report
• Most recent Naplan results 
• 2024/25 tax returns for both parents/guardians
• Birth certificate

Music Scholarship applicants:

• AMEB exam results and Eisteddfod certificates (Music & Performing Arts Scholarship applicants only)
• Letter of Recommendation or report from instrumental Music Teacher (Music & Performing Arts Scholarships applicants only)
• A link to video of applicant performing (Music & Performing Arts Scholarship applicants only)

Visual  Arts Scholarship applicants:

• Folio, essay and statement (in one document) in addition to the above documentation
