Payment is made at the end of this registration process online. If payment is not made, your registration WILL NOT be valid.

NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

If the number of applications exceeds the school's requirements, registrations will close prior to the 11th of July and no further registrations will be accepted. Early registration is advised.  

Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or holders of an Australian Permanent Resident Visa, who are entering the relevant year level. 

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ENTRY TO YEAR 5 ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO EXTERNAL STUDENTS NOT CURRENTLY ATTENDING HAILEYBURY. 

ALL APPLICANTS ARE PERMITTED TO SUBMIT ONE APPLICATION FOR ONE CAMPUS ONLY.

There is NO SHARING OR TRANSFERRING OF RESULTS.

Applicants for year 5 entry (current Year 3) must sit the examination on Saturday, 26 July 2025 onsite, at the campus that the student is applying for.

No alternate testing dates and/or location are available if you are unable to attend testing on this date.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS TESTING IS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ENTRY TO HAILEYBURY KEYSBOROUGH CAMPUS ONLY.  APPLICANTS WHO HAVE SAT AN EDUTEST EXAMINATION EARLIER THIS YEAR WILL NEED TO SIT THIS TEST.  RESULTS FROM THIS TEST CANNOT BE PROVIDED TO OTHER SCHOOLS. 

The normal conditions of entry into Haileybury are set out in the Business Notice (please refer to Haileybury’s website) and apply at all times. 

The application fee is non-refundable.
