Payment is made at the end of this registration process online. If payment is not made, your registration WILL NOT be valid.

Applications received on or after this date will be charged the Late Fee rate.

Additional Documentation Requirements

Applicants for Music, Sport and/or Thomas Henry (Science) scholarships are required to upload supporting documentation as part of the application, as outlined on the MLC Scholarships webpage.  The link to upload supporting material will be provided in the Edutest registration confirmation email you will receive upon successfully submitting this application.

• Music Scholarship applicants are required to upload a completed Music Scholarship Video Audition form available here, their audition video and any additional AMEB documentation (please refer to the MLC Scholarships webpage for details and criteria).
• Sports Scholarship applicants must complete and upload the Sports Performance Scholarship form available here, and any additional documents to support their sport achievements plus their most recent school report.
• Thomas Henry (Science) scholarship applicants must complete and upload the Thomas Henry scholarship form available here, and any additional documents to support their science achievements.

Means-tested Scholarships

Shortlisted means-tested scholarship candidates will be asked to undertake a financial assessment with MLC at the time of shortlisting.

Remote testing applicants: Contact remote@edutest.com.au immediately upon completing your registration.  Depending on personal circumstances and location, remote testing arrangements can take several weeks to organise. Early contact with Edutest is strongly advised.   Additional fees apply for remote testing.

Requests for remote testing must be made no later than Friday 23 January, 2026.
