Payment is made at the end of this registration process online. If payment is not made, your registration WILL NOT be valid.

No late applications can be accepted.

Results returned from examinations held prior to the 6th of October cannot be transferred. 

Please note: If your child is not currently attending Ballarat Grammar, please email a copy of their most recent NAPLAN results and latest school report to admissions@bgs.vic.edu.au.

If you wish to organise to sit the test at a remote venue (ie other than at  BALLARAT GRAMMAR), please contact:  remote@edutest.com.au IMMEDIATELY upon completing your registration.  Remote online testing incurs an additional fee.

(The Remote Testing Service is only available to students who are living and studying interstate, overseas or remote from the testing school).

All requests must be received by 13th October 2025. After this date, no remote sitting requests can be accepted OR incur a fee of $150 in addition to the remote fee.
